My best work happens inside companies. Not as an outsider waving PowerPoints, but temporarily, in an existing role. From the inside, I scan the rituals, spot the cargo cults, and expose the theater that everyone else has learned to ignore. Then I teach, challenge, and solve—leaving the role (and the people in it) stronger than before.
